Bonnard Museum – Le Cannet
The Bonnard Museum in Le Cannet is the latest addition to the cultural heritage of the French Riviera. It is the first museum in the world entirely dedicated to the work of Pierre Bonnard, a major artist of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries. The museum fits naturally into the heart of the town of Cannet, which inspired Bonnard with its landscapes and light of the Midi for almost 22 years. The museum holds one to two exhibitions a year, a large scale exhibition in the summer, and a smaller scale one in the spring. 9 km away from the hotel – 25′ drive.
